No, you can shop at Closescent.com without creating an account. We actually have two options so you can checkout as either a Guest or a Member. However, by creating an account you would get the following benefits:

Review your order history, Save your favorite products and organize them into your wishlist, Save your address to make it a lot easier to shop in the future.

Go to Login and sign into your ACCOUNT using your email address and password. Click ‘Account Information’ and update, remembering to 'Save Changes'. For security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.

An OTP will be sent to your registered Email/Mobile Number.

We will send an order acknowledgement email within 24 hours. Please Contact Us with your order details if you do not RECEIVE this email. Please note this is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is not accepted by us until you have received an email from us confirming that the order has been shipped.

Customer Service is unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been shipped. Your order will be processed and a confirmation email sent on shipping. On delivery, if any items are unsuitable and meet the Return Conditions, please follow the instructions in Returning your Purchase.

At CloseScent, We accept Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery.

Free returns are available for all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Alternatively orders cannot be returned or an exchange in Close Scent Perfumes retails stores within the country of shipping.: Please note that online exclusive products, special offers may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return an online exclusive products, special offers using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the cost of returning the item. Products eligible for return

A. Perfumes, Hair mist, Deodorants, Powders & Body Lotion

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country. you must raise request for return within seven (7) days of delivery of order. Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product.

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Close Scent Perfumes item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.

Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at Close Scent Perfumes reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. In such cases, shipping charges will be paid by customers.

Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions.

B. Agarwood & Perfume Oils

Agarwood items are non-returnable Perfume Oils are non-returnable

Process upon receiving return request

On RECEIPT of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Sunday to Thursday excluding UAE public holidays.

No Refund for cash on delivery orders. Refunds will be accepted only for orders which paid through online payment method.

If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency EXCHANGE RATES the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

No. Unfortunately, we don't offer the delivery service for a specific date or time slot.

No, Unfortunately we only accept local currency in COD orders.

After 1st unsuccessful Attempt our delivery partner will contact you before next delivery attemp you can modify your delivery as per your availability. Or you can contact our Support through WhatsApp, Email or Chat. Our team will assist you.

No, Delivery charges are not refundable.

In normal condition we deliver shipment with in 2-5 Working days

Cash on Delivery orders are Non refundable, Replacement of products are possible Only in certain conditions as specified in our Returns Condition.
