On shipping your order we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. You can check the shipment status of your order on website by entering the sent tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

For basket value more than 200 AED. Receive your order within 2-3 working days
*Only if the shipment weight is 0-5 kgs else 2 AED will be applicable for each additional kgs.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the UAE

All orders are shipped domestically from UAE

Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day and we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes

Presently, CloseScent Perfume online store is only available for purchase and shipment within UAE. You are required to choose a preferred country in order to avail the offers and products that are available in your respective countries.

We regret to inform that if you wish to place an order in UAE and request for a delivery in other countries, we will not be able to process the request

Due to strict International trading agreements and regulations, we are unable to ship the fragrance to other countries except UAE. As of now, we can ship the goods only to UAE.

Free returns are available for all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Alternatively orders cannot be returned or an exchange in CloseScent Perfumes retails stores within the country of shipping.:

Please note that online exclusive products, special offers may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return an online exclusive products, special offers using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the cost of returning the item.

Important: We do not accept LIABILITY for goods returned using any other method other than our collection service.

Products eligible for return

A. Perfumes, Hair mist, Deodorants, Powders & Body Lotion

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country. you must raise request for return within seven (7) days of delivery of order. Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product.

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Close Scent Perfumes item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.

Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at Close Scent Perfumes reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. In such cases, shipping charges will be paid by customers.

Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions.

B. Agarwood & Perfume Oils

Agarwood items are non-returnable Perfume Oils are non-returnable

Process upon receiving return request

On RECEIPT of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Sunday to Thursday excluding UAE public holidays.

No Refund for cash on delivery orders. Refunds will be accepted only for orders which paid through online payment method.

If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency EXCHANGE RATES the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
